Recessed Fixtures eHID offers special ballast series for recessed fixtures: JT3: Provides 120V “tap” voltage for fixture thermal protectors. JT3 ballasts allow the fixture to be 120/277V rated. Without the “tap” the fixture could only be either 120V or 277V rated. Only the ULT/VS JT3 electronic ballast can operate either a 3 wire or a 4 wire IDTP. Existing products for: 20W, 39W, 50W, 70W, 100W lamps. JA3: Provides added auxiliary lighting control function. JA3 series provide the auxiliary lighting control (ALC) & JT tap function in one integrated unit. Only one cost effective unit to purchase (no need for an ALC device).
