Our Factory Conveniently located in the outskirts of Turin (North Italy) TCS Group production facility houses some of the most advanced CNC machines. Its 100.000 square feet allow to have a complete production cycle. Its cranes allow us to handle parts up to 7 metric tons.

TCS Group is located in the industrial area in the North-west side of Turin.  It can be easily reached through many different highways and it is just a short distance away from the international airport of Turin Caselle. Location

Our Strengths The FOQS system allow us to offer top quality works and with degree of flexibility unheard in the industry. The different parts of the company work together on fulfilling clients’ needs with the quality a client expect us to deliver The R&D equipped with sophisticated systems of CAD and CAM (CATIA and others) available to our clients for engineering and planning projects. A company wide network that enables a real time control of each manufacturing step of every batch in production. High standards of quality are insured by modern fraises, lathes and bores, both computerized and standard. We handle diameters from the 7 to 700 mm and lengths up to one meter with a 5 microns margin of error. We work a wide array of metals and alloys: aluminum, titanium, Inconel, Rene 41, steel, magnesium and heat resistant alloys. TCS Group has the licenses and authorizations to operate for classified projects.

Work Schedule T.C.S. Group works on two different work schedules. Offices and warehousing 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday Production 1st Shift 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM 2nd Shift 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Differently from most Italian companies, we do NOT close for the month of August. Personnel vacations are spread throughout the year.
