Nomination Form for PSeller Partner.msg Nominate your P-Sellers The nomination of individuals is done by the partner, not Microsoft. The partner submits the P-Seller Individual Nomination Form for each individual being nominated to participate in the P-Seller Program. The partner emails the P-Seller Individual Nomination Form to his Microsoft sponsor. Remember – Microsoft selects the partners to participate in the program but you as the partner must nominate the individuals! Nomination Form for PSeller Partner.msg

Get a Microsoft Badge Guidance: Prerequisites: Some subsidiaries allow our P-Sellers access to Microsoft buildings. The guidance for the subs which allow this access is as follows: P-Sellers should have access to dedicated space in the Microsoft building. Access to the building is to facilitate collaboration with the Microsoft Sales teams, so space should facilitate this. Microsoft Sellers should use this space for their bi-weekly meetings with the P-Sellers. Prerequisites: In order for P-Seller to better work alongside Microsoft staff, building access and passes can be provisioned. Requirements: A recent passport style photo suitable for the badge – Approval for building access will not be granted without a photo. Ask the P-Seller to provide you with a digital photo file that has the following characteristics. Picture format (jpg, bmp, gif or tif) 2 inches by 3 inches File size less than 1MB Photo needs to be front facing Plain background ( much like a passport photo) Save file, file name = your alias Completed HeadTrax process and account needs to be visible in Active Directory (Check GAL) and HeadTrax. Photo ID for collection of the ID Badge.

Get Access to Microsoft Buildings and RAS Some subsidiaries allow our P-Sellers access to Microsoft buildings. The guidance for the subs which allow this access is as follows: P-Sellers should have access to dedicated space in the Microsoft building. Access to the building is to facilitate collaboration with the Microsoft Sales teams, so space should facilitate this. Microsoft Sellers should use this space for their bi-weekly meetings with the P-Sellers. Process for P-Sellers to request Access to Microsoft Buildings Send a request via email to your local P-Seller Program Owner requesting access. Visit the Secure Area Access Manager site and complete the form. GSAM will complete the activation process so you can use your P- Seller badge to access buildings. RAS Access P-Seller goes to RAMWeb to create a new ticket to get RAS access.

Set up your P-Seller Microsoft Email Account You must follow the below process to enable their Microsoft Email Account and password. P-Seller calls Microsoft Global Helpdesk  Have the following information available: P-Seller b- alias Manager alias (the P-Seller Microsoft manager) Manager name (same as above) Department (SMS&P or EPG) Cost Center for the team  The P-Seller manager gets an email with the password that he/she can forward to the P-Seller to start using mail etc. Only first after 24 hours it will be possible to change the password. Add a Microsoft signature to their Microsoft email account. A signature can be created here. The approved P-Seller Email Signature for a P-Seller to use from their Microsoft b- Account: Reminders – You need to login to your MS account every other week to keep it active.
