NDMC Mission and Activities Disability Inclusion: The Future Redefined NDMC Mission and Activities The mission of the National Disability Mentoring Coalition (NDMC) is to increase the awareness, quality and impact of mentoring for individuals with disabilities nationwide. NDMC activities are focused in four areas: Connections – Creating a network of professionals and volunteers to expand mentoring opportunities Inclusion – Facilitating mentoring experiences for people of all backgrounds and abilities Resources – Providing training, technical assistance, and a referral network Recognition – Honoring excellence in mentoring through the Susan M.
