“CBS-AXA” Centre for Sociological Investigations and Marketing Research is a sociological company registered in 2003, founded on the basis of ILIGACIU Ltd. Centre for Public Opinion Polls and Market Surveys General information about CBS-AXA 1998: establishment of „ILIGACIU” Centre for Public Opinion Polls and Market Surveys; 22.12.2003: establishment of „CBS-AXA” Centre for Sociological Investigations and Marketing Research. The largest shareholder of CBS AXA is BBSS (Balkan British Social Survey) Bulgaria, member of Gallup International Association and of TNS group and of CSOP TNS Bucharest, Romania. CBS-AXA is a member of a regional network (South-Eastern Europe) of Gallup International Association. CBS-AXA has close collaboration relations with TNS group, being a member of the regional network (Balkan) of this consortium. At present, TNS is the most important marketing research agency of Great Britain and France, and the second in the world. CBS-AXA is a member of Euroasian Monitor project, a group of companies from most countries of the former USSR, set up to develop comparative research projects in the post-Soviet area; CBS-AXA activities are focussed on quantitative and qualitative surveys in various fields: public opinion polls, mass-media, marketing research, sociological expertise, impact assessment. Fields of activity: Sociological surveys; Audience surveys; Organizational evaluation; Market surveys; Political marketing. CBS-AXA has conducted over 150 quantitative surveys, nearly 150000 interviews and over 100 qualitative surveys in various social fields. Conducted at the local, regional and national levels, among the population, business entities or institutions, the surveys of CBS-AXA provide to managerial structures the information needed for taking the best decisions and for allotting the available resources in the most efficient way. The survey reports published by CBS-AXA are an important source of information not only for our clients : private companies from the country and from abroad media institutions, advertising agencies international bodies non-governmental organizations governmental agencies but also for researchers, journalists, political analysts and for the public.
