Who’s the Guide for? People who want to know more about what Housing First means and how it works in Europe Practitioners and local policy makers who are implementing, or interested in developing, Housing First Managers and frontline staff of homeless services It can also be relevant for: People working in related sectors such as health and housing; national and local policy-makers; researchers; people with experience of homelessness and other stakeholders.

Core principles of Housing First Delivering support in Housing First Delivering housing in Housing First Evaluating Housing First Housing First and Wider Strategy 1) Description what housing first is and how it works, history of Housing first and evidence that hf works in different areas 2) Summarizes the core principles of Housing First, Housing First can exist in several forms. 3) Shows how support in provided in HF.
