Family members arrive after the formal learning event and participate in evening activities as a group. The following day can be either a structured series of fun family activities or just free time for families to have fun together Team Building As most workplace stress relates to the relationships between work colleagues (and often their management) an optional Team Development element is recommended. This can be an activity such as cooking a meal together or doing CSR activities together or could be a more formal team development activity using facilitated experiential learning activities (two day programme).
