Zoom – Guest Connection Connect from computer Open a web browser and goto guest link Run the Zoom plugin Test and join audio Start video Share screen Connect from mobile device Download the Zoom Cloud Meeting app Run the app Press Join a Meeting Enter the Meeting ID Press Join Meeting Enable Audio and Video
Zoom Sign in as Host General Guidelines Record – exported as .mp4 file Mute/unmute participant mics and cameras Remove participants from meetings General Guidelines Mute microphone when not speaking Use earphones to eliminate feedback Don’t have more than one device connected in the same room Use a quiet room with good lighting Test connections beforehand

Back Xerox Machine – Scan Document Insert your document in the feeder tray Press Network Scanning Select a Template OCR = Optical Character Recognition Note: Scans are exported much faster with OCR disabled Press the green Start button
Front Xerox Machine Insert your document in the feeder tray Press Workflow Scanning Select a Template Press the green Start button
Retrieve Scanned PDF From the LRC, or Conference room computers: Double click the Xerox Scan shortcut folder on the desktop Login with your full DOP email address and password From domain joined computer Open the P: shared drive > Xerox Scan folder The PDFs are saved with the date and time as “Front/BackXeroxScan-YYMMDD- HHMMSS”. Sort by Date Modified to find your document quickly. Important Notes Everyone with a DOP account has access to this folder. Sensitive files should be deleted from the Xerox Scan folder immediately once retrieved. All PDF files in this folder will be auto-deleted after 30 days. There is no cost to scan.
