Who pay? < 160 $ The total financing was derived from a number of key sources. The Nepalese banks, mainly ADB/N, provided 43% of the funding principally through loans to farmers. The Dutch Development Cooperation through SNV/Nepal provided 44% principally for subsidy payments and technical assistance.
