Be careful with Passport expiration dates! All travelers need a passport that is valid for at least six months after your return date, and non-U.S. citizens may need additional documentation. Applications can take a few months to process, so it is important to get them in early. That’s February of 2018!!!!

Confirmation of Names You must logon to Eftours.com and confirm the traveler’s name by December 31, 2016. Your name in the EF system must appear EXACTLY as it is on your passport. There is only space in EF for one email address – please make sure that the email address belongs to the person who should be receiving all of the communication regarding the trip.

Central Bucks School Board Policies #231 regarding Student Travel (read #8 and #12 specifically) and #227 regarding Controlled Substances. These policies must be reviewed and acknowledged with initials tonight. Food Please remember to include food allergies in the medical profile form! If your child has any dietary restrictons, please make a LARGE note of it on the top of the medical profile form. Students should be open minded when eating in Spain!
