Background QTC is the largest provider of government-outsourced occupational health and disability examination services in the nation. There is no automatic method to find assets within their intranet. They want a way to see dependencies between their data. A Configuration Management System is a set of tools and databases that are used to manage an IT Service Provider’s Configuration data. Objectives Create a Configuration Management System. Track relationships between Configuration Items. Update Configuration Items in a quick and efficient manner.
