“Stay Connected” with Duke Realty Connect!

Why Duke Realty Connect? Because your time is valuable. By using Duke Realty Connect, you will “Stay Connected” to Duke Realty and communicate service issues at your own convenience.

Duke Realty Connect is a web-based, customer-friendly tool that enables you to perform the following: Submit and check status of work orders Access tenant handbook Read news and announcements on Duke Realty buildings or business parks Change your password Use new features as they become available

How do I “Get Connected” with Duke Realty Connect? If you do not have a Login ID and Password, please contact Duke Realty’s Customer Service via phone or e-mail (866.225.DUKE or tenant.connect@dukerealty.com). Our Customer Service Team will provide you with the necessary tools so you may set up your personalized login and password.

For questions or comments, complete all of the information on this screen and click submit.

Key in your current password To edit or change your profile, go to My Account/My Account Settings/Edit Profile Key in your current password

Contact us via e-mail with the click of a button. To enter your work orders, simply click on “Work Orders” link in the green bar.

To Create a Work Order, click on the red arrow.

If your Work Order is not an emergency, please click on the red “Continue” button to proceed with your request.

Select the building, suite number or grounds where the work should occur.

Two screens are provided for you to select the type of service that is required. The first screen provides broad categories, with the second screen providing more specific selections for type of service needed. Note. If your issue is not listed on either screen, select “Other” and in some instances, “Fix” will appear.

Please enter any detailed notes, documentations, or additional information regarding your service request here. This will allow us to resolve your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you require restricted access, please indicate if the technician has permission to enter.

Please review your request ,including verifying that your name and phone number are correct. If so, simply click the Red “Submit Request” button. To include photos, Word or Excel documentation, click on “Attach a File”.

Congratulations! You have successfully created a Work Order which will be dispatched to a Maintenance Technician.

To review and / or add additional information to your request, or to cancel the request, click on the work order number on the work order home screen. The following screen will appear. To cancel, click on “Available Actions” and select cancel or attach a file from the drop down.

From this screen, you may sort and view requests in real-time and in a variety of ways depending on your preference. The view tab allows you to see “All” requests or those created by “Yourself”.

From this screen, Duke Realty Connect allows you to search and view in real-time the status of all service requests. Click on the drop down to view the status of your Open and Closed work orders. *Note* Work Orders are displayed for the past 360 days on a revolving basis.
