Plan to improve the quality of education and the academic results of students Teacher incentives: A complement to their salary at the end of each year if their work has been assessed positively A permanent complement to their salary at the end of the third year if the school meets the objectives

Plan to improve the quality of education and the academic results of students Joining the programme: Participation in the programme has to be voted by the teachers and passed by a two third majority The school must present a project The project is supervised and approved by the Andalucian Education Agency .

Improve the academic results of the students a) Increase number of students progressing to the next level. 8 – 30% b) Increase number of students graduating . 15 – 35% c) Reduce student drop-out rate. 8 – 30 % d) Improve student satisfaction on school services. 8 – 20 % e) Improve family satisfaction on school services. 8 – 15 % 65% II. Assesement and evaluation Plan to improve the quality of education and the academic results of students Assesement and evaluation Annually The headteacher evaluates the teachers The inspector evaluates the school and sends a report to the Andalutian Evaluation Agency. Teachers and school must keep a record of their work At the end of the third year The headteacher evaluates the teachers and sends the inspector a final report on the programme The inspector then writes a final report and sends it to the Andalutian Agency of Evaluation The Andalutian Agency decides if the objectives of the school have been met.
