History-Social Science Recent Collaboration Committee meetings were Aug. 26th at LACOE and virtually on Oct. 13th Collaboration Committee members have been identified Committee members designed core Framework sessions “Content Development and Run Through” occurred on Dec. 14th First Framework rollout event occurred on January 31st, 2017 at UC Davis (sponsored by the CA History Project)
History-Social Science Framework Events Offered in partnership with the California Department of Education, the California History–Social Science Project (CHSSP) and the California County Superintendents Educational Services Association (CCSESA), these one-day conferences provide a full-day examination of the: instructional shifts in the new CA History-Social Science Framework updated and expanded content of the grade level and supporting chapters alignment of history–social science instruction with the CA English Language Arts and English Language Development standards.
