A. The TVET course that taught: Population 160 million, the average median age 26 for moving the economic growth. Need to convert the large working age population into productive into human resources. Sweeping changes in the nature of work. Work place and everyday living, demand a much riches level of technical competence. Be a TVET course with quality. The TVET course taught meet the quality standard. For necessary skills to secure job. Maintain skills in TVET. Achieve the quality manpower. TVET/Education governance definition explain. Percentage of skilled person and their employer. Only reason for quality man power.

B. Bangladesh and Internationally Recognized Indicators: The per capita nominal GDP in 2013 in US$ 747. HDI in 2013 ranking place in Bangladesh to 146. Technology for quality TVET the collection of techniques, skills. GDP, HDI and GII of Bangladesh for assessment of the comparative status. Positions among concerned countries indicators providing inputs in drawing up the values.

Bangladesh skills for employment and productivity Achieve a better trained and qualified work force. Ensure sustainable economic development. Poverty reduction and social inclusion. Engagement of industries in the skills system. Provide in creased access to skills program. Employment opportunities for disadvantaged groups. Support employment in green jobs.

Reasons for expansion of quality TVET. Bangladesh is expected to become a middle income country. Now moving towards rapid industrialization. Upcoming industries will need huge technical and professional manpower. The ride sharing service, through its unconventional smart operating process is taking us one step closer to its (Bangladesh) vision of making digital Bangladesh.

E. Design New Quality Assurance System. Teacher student’s ratio should not be more than 1.25. Comprehensive annual auditing system need to be included to ensure quality. Cancelation of affiliation, Withdraw the permission and other punishment need to be introduced if fails to compliance with audit report. All labs/workshops, trainers, assessors need to certified by the independent body. Quality assurance is a continuous process, to achieve that information technology is needed.

Final set the stage for the strong sustainable growth through quality TVET: There are few areas of robust growth around the world, with the job market repeated changing. Emerging recent technically educated and skills trained manpower need growth to quell rising the development of TVET and skills tensions. Policies and plans should be designed in such a way so that it can address the issue of quality TVET. Development of skills needs to be raised from correct level to the level it is planned so that the outcome of it is visible for faster expansion of the skilled workforce. We can achieve all this even as recent TVET development events make us more parochial. Inward-looking, we will truly have set the stage for the strong sustainable growth we all desperately need. _________ _ _________
