ITINERARY Day 1 Monday 9th October 2017 Meet 6.45am Leave Cornwall Gardens 7am Arrive Folkestone 9am Depart Folkestone 10.50am Arrive Calais 12.25 am Drive 1pm – 6pm to Chateau du Baffy Check-in and frog legs and snail tasting at the Chateau du Baffy Evening meal Evening activities
Day 2 Tuesday 10th October 2017 Have breakfast and make packed lunch Depart 10am for Caramels d’Isigny 11.30am Depart Caramels d’Isigny 12 noon – Arrive at Goat Cheese Farm 1pm Have lunch 1.45pm Depart Goats Cheese Farm 3pm Arrive at Chocolaterie Du Drakkar 4.30pm Depart Chocolaterie 5.30pm Arrive Chateau Evening meal Evening activities
Day 3 Wednesday 11th October 2017 Breakfast and prepare packed lunch 10am Depart Chateau 10.30am Arrive in Bayeux and visit the market (small groups of 8 led by member of staff) 12 noon – Lunch 1pm Town trail – visit cathedral 3pm Bayeux Tapestry Museum 4.30pm Depart Bayeux 5pm Arrive Chateau Evening meal Evening activities
Day 4 Thursday 12th October 2017 9. 30am Check-out 10 Day 4 Thursday 12th October 2017 9.30am Check-out 10.00am Visit Arromanches-les-Bains for the 360 Cinema and a view of the Mulberry Harbour 11.30 Depart Arromanches 1pm Stop off at Honfleur – Lunch 2pm Depart for Calais 5pm Arrive in Calais 6.20pm Scheduled departure from Calais 5.55pm Scheduled arrival into Folkestone 6.15pm Depart Folkestone 8.15pm ETA Cornwall Gardens Brighton! This will enable children to buy an ice cream, small gift and a momento at the Bayeux Tapestry museum There will also be a task to buy something from the market as a task…..to share at the picnic.
COMMITMENT FROM PARENTS 1: Remaining £85 on ParentPay by Monday 18th September 2: Passports for those children not included in GROUP passport together with permission letter from parents to be handed into office by Monday 16th September 3: All EHIC Cards to be given to office by Monday 16th September 4: Paracetomol permission slips to be handed into office by Monday 16th September
