Diet analiysis for my food diet that I have recorded in the last three days I noticed that I wasn’t getting enough dairy products and fruits in vegetables. I am lacking the two major food groups in the food pyramid. I may need to control mu meat diet because I think that I am eating too much meat everyday. Even tough sometimes I eat less, most of the food I eat has way to much calories and I will need to focusing on lowering my calorie consumption. I need to start eating more vegetables and fruits as maybe a snack to bring to school and eat more greens at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
