INTRODUCTION Registering families/ministers online is an easy option to get new families/ministers to sign up online. You can also have your families/ministers update information with the online forms You can easily pull in the new and updated information into the programs Once the forms are created your website manager can place them on your website for everyone to access
CHURCH OFFICE ONLINE FORM In order to set up the online form in Church Office we will go under Families>Processes> Family Online Registration You can also access this screen by selecting Processes from the top menu>Family Processes>Family Online Registration
CREATE WEB REGISTRATION FORM The first step will be to select the Create the Web Registration Form. Website Management Options allows you to select our Extend Platform (if you are currently using it). If you are not using Extend then you will need to select None-Use Other Service This will create the files and form for your website manager to post to your website
FORM NAMES, PICTURE, AND SECTIONS TO INCLUDE ON THE FORM Here you can set up a picture, a brief introduction, and which sections you would like to add to the online form If Sacraments, Keywords, or Pledges were selected, this screen allows you to set up which ones will appear online
SELECT FIELDS AND SETTING UP RETURN MESSAGE This screen sets up the email address that will be notified when people register online, the return email to the families that register and a website for them to be redirected to These are the fields that will be included and which fields you would like to be required. You can also preview the form from this screen.
REGISTRATION LAYOUT SCREEN The Registration Layout Screen is the final screen We recommend selecting the Mobile-Friendly view if majority of your families will use tablets, iPads, phones, etc. You can create multiple files or a single file Decide to store files on your computer or use FTP to transfer files Select where to save these files If you have built a form prior, select to Overwrite the CSS files (if selecting multiple files)
CHECK AND REGISTER FAMILIES After your families have started registering and updating their information online you will go back to Family Processes Click on Register Families Online Select Check and Register Families
REGISTRATION FORMS TO PROCESS The next screen shows you the list of families that have registered online Select which family, and if they are new- process them, if they are an existing family- select which lines to keep/update

SELECT CLASSES AND FIELDS TO INCLUDE This screen allows you to show classes on your form or not; and how many classes the family can select. You can also display Registration Fees. These are the fields that will be included and fields you would like to be required. You also can preview the form from this screen.
RETURN MESSAGE AND LAYOUT SCREEN The layout screen is where you choose the file format for your online form, how and where it will be stored and Overwrite the CSS file if you have built in the Form in the past Here you will set up the return email address, message to the family and any site you would like to redirect your families to; possibly an online payment site to pay for Registration Fees.
CHECK AND REGISTER FAMILIES After your families have started registering and updating their information online you will go back to Student Processes Click on Register Families and Enroll Students Online Select Check and register Families with Students
REGISTRATION FORMS TO PROCESS The next screen shows the list of families with students that have registered online Select which family, and if they are new- process them; if they are existing family- select which lines to keep/update. With Formation you will now see the Class field

MINISTRY SCHEDULER ONLINE FORM In order to set up the online form in Ministry Scheduler we will go under Ministers>Processes> Minister Online Registration You can also access this screen by selecting from the top Menu Process>Minister Processes> Minister Online Registration
CREATE ONLINE WEB FORM This is the same process as the other online forms. Select to Create the Web Registration Form Select Extend if you are using our platform If you are not, choose the None-Use other service and your website manager will be able to use these files to add this form to your Parish website
FORM NAME, PICTURE, AND USER DEFINED FIELDS If Keywords were selected, this screen allows you to set up which ones will appear online. Here you can set up a picture, a brief introduction, and which sections you would like to add to the online form. These are now sections for the Ministers.
SELECT FIELDS AND RETURN EMAIL MESSAGE These are the fields that will be included and then which fields you would like to be required. You will also be able to preview the form from this screen. Here you will set up the return email address, message to the Minister and any site you would like to redirect your Ministers to
ONLINE FORM LAYOUT SCREEN This is the final screen before creating your web form Select how you would like to store your files Where you would like to store your files Overwrite your CSS file if you have built this form in the past Notice you do not have the option in Ministry Scheduler to choose multiple files or single files? You can only build multiple files in this program
CHECK AND REGISTER MINISTERS Then you can select which Minister information to pull in If they are a new Minister all their information will be added in If they are an existing Minister you will select which information to keep and update Once the Ministers register online you will go back to Ministers > Processes> Check and register Ministers
