How do I log into my Naviance Account? Can’t remember your password? Click on the “Forgot Your Password link”. A temporary password will be sent to your email. Go to CR North’s Website Click on Counseling Tab Click on Naviance Logo at the bottom of the Welcome page Enter email and password Update profile under ‘About Me’

How do I update my Naviance account information? 1. From the Home screen, click the “About Me” tab 1. 2. Under Official Things, click on “Profile” link 3. How do I request a transcript through Naviance? All transcripts are requested online via Naviance! Transcripts can be requested and released once the student has met with his/her counselor individually, and the Student/Parent Authorization form is completed and submitted. It is a best practice to follow the quick guide closely when requesting your transcripts! Click here for the Quick Guide.

How do I request a Counselor Letter of Recommendation? Fill out Counselor Letter of Recommendation Survey on Naviance: Go to ‘About Me’ tab Click ‘Counselor Letter of Recommendation survey’ in left hand column Be sure to indicate to which colleges you would like you letter to go in the first question!

How do I send my first quarter or midyear grades to colleges? Keep in mind- Colleges typically only consider grades they have requested! First Marking Period: Submit Senior Year Grade Request Form for all requests: Midyear Grades: (includes first and second marking periods) Submit the Senior Year Grade Request Form after January 1st * All grades are sent electronically, approximately 1 week after report card distribution
