Actual Liquor Claims Liquor Liability Coverage Over Serving/Fatality Claim: A member of the Post, and a regular at the bar, spent most of the afternoon drinking at the Post. After too many drinks, he fell off of his barstool. The bartenders decided not to call 911 because they didn’t want the Post to get into trouble. Instead, they took the member out to his truck to “sleep it off.” After several hours a relative of the individual stopped by the post to find the man still in his truck.
