Coverage Map Accuracy Only calculate the value, no need analyze it fail or pass.
input Cluster polygon RND Output: Nominal plan RND_RSRP txt file, the tab file can’t accept. DT result: DT RSRP txt file Note: Coverage Map Accuracy compare RND to DT RSRP with in 8dB margin.
EXPORT FILE FROM NEMO Right click KPI-> Export file Note : Minimum and Maximum value of nemo output is mismatch, choose the good value.
Create Point in mapinfo Open txt file in mapinfo-> Create Points
Comparing DT and prediction on Mapinfo Copy the following files: “gridmakr.mbx” into “C:\Program Files\MapInfo\Professional\Tools” “delta_calculation.thm” into “C:\Program Files \MapInfo\Professional\AddUser\ThmTmplt” On Mapinfo – Tools – Tool Manager, check option “loaded” and autoload” for “Grid maker”
Comparing DT and prediction on Mapinfo Create a grid that covers the entire DT route. (see example) Change the grid size as per requirement. Select the location to save the grid file. Table – Maintenance – table structure, select the newly created grid file. Add field: add “prediction” (float type), “DT” (float type), “delta” (float type) Add grid file into the current map window.

Comparing DT and prediction on Mapinfo Table – update column (refer to example) Update “DT” column before “prediction” column. For “DT”, select “is within” option.
Comparing DT and prediction on Mapinfo Query – query “DT” columns which has value < 0 (filter out squares without DT points) File – Save Query – save the above query as xxxx.tab. Open saved file above (xxxx.tab)
Comparing DT and prediction on Mapinfo Table – update column Select xxxx.tab (the tab is Query saved in last step, it’s very import to save time) Update “Prediction” column to include the prediction values. For prediction, select: “intersect” option for .tab file exported from ATOLL directly. “is within” option for .txt (or .csv) file exported from ATOLL.
Comparing DT and prediction on Mapinfo Output: For RSRP, (DT RSRP+8dBm) compare with RND RSRP. Calculate the percent of “DT RSRP+8dB” >= RND RSRP.
