Control of Project cost, ensure project quarter spending according to actual CAPEX plan Leading site level cross- functional team for successful project execution Implementing Innovation Initiative Management (IIM) tools for delivering Integrated Supply Chain success criteria Ensuring successful execution of the projects in accordance with Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) Identifying problems with the project, taking the lead on developing solutions and ensuring solutions are implemented Preparation of feasibility studies for new projects including proposals for technical solutions and budget estimations.
