© inspire2coach 2017 www.inspire2coach.co.uk inspire2coach - future inspire2coach is growing fast There is a shortage of good quality suitably qualified tennis coaches in the UK inspire2coach does not have the workforce necessary to cope with our anticipated expansion over the next 5-10 years We therefore need to ‘future-proof’ our business Talent identification – identifying people with an aptitude and interest in coaching Recruitment - getting them to sign up Deployment – placing them into our programmes Development – helping them to develop and learn I2c is growing fast. In the last 5 years we have averaged 4 new tennis programmes per year, and this trend is set to accelerate Our plans to future-proof the business is to implement a new WFD programme to grow our own coaches Explain that we need to: Talent identify – identifying people with an aptitude and interest in coaching Recruit- getting them to sign up Deploy – placing them into our programmes Develop – helping them to develop and learn © inspire2coach 2017 www.inspire2coach.co.uk

inspire2coach - current gaps Full-time and part-time coaches to deliver our regular weekly programmes to over 2000 players a week Coaching assistants and part-time coaches to help deliver inspire2coach tennis holiday camps Coaching assistants and part-time coaches to help on promotional events such as Great British Tennis Weekend and club Open Days Without a sizeable base of part- and full-time coaches, there will be a shortage of future managers to oversee our Area programmes © inspire2coach 2017 www.inspire2coach.co.uk

inspire2coach Workforce Development 2017 This year we launch the first stage of our WFD programme by piloting the scheme in our Coventry programmes The scheme is supported and largely funded by the LTA, with the rest coming from inspire2coach and minimal contributions from the trainees on the scheme In 2018 we intend to extend the programme to cover our entire range of facilities © inspire2coach 2017 www.inspire2coach.co.uk
