Khanyi Dhlomo Dhlomo began her media career as an award-winning television news and lifestyle anchor, followed by an eight-year stint as Editor of the women’s magazine True Love, during which she doubled the publication’s readership and circulation. In 2003, she was named one of the most influential women in South African media by The Media magazine.

Khanyi Dhlomo She spent 18 months in Paris, France, as Head of SA Tourism and then completed an MBA at Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. She also holds a BA in Communications and Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa and a certificate in Media Management from the University of Stellenbosch Business School.

Khanyi Dhlomo After returning to SA from Boston, she launched Ndalo Media, a multi-platform company with divisions which cover print publishing, digital publishing, events and experiences, content marketing and more recently, book publishing. The print publishing division publishes South Africa’s leading business and lifestyle consumer titles, DESTINY and DESTINY MAN.

Khanyi Dhlomo Dhlomo is no stranger to accolades which celebrate her success. In 2009, she received the Olay SA Iconic Woman Award in the Media, Arts & Entertainment category. In 2010, she was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. She was recently named one of Forbes magazine’s 20 Most Powerful Women in Africa aged under 40 and was also chosen as a style icon at the 2015 SA Style Awards.
