Contractor MUST be licensed by State of Ohio. Provide Inspections after asbestos removal to ensure all asbestos removed and removal done according to survey report.

Code Enforcement Demolition Demolition Bids – Continued Demolition Contractor must supply all materials, tools and personnel for the demolition and disposal of residential or commercial buildings or equivalent volume and all associated building material and incidentals thereto. Work includes all demolition activities, excavation, back-fill, site grading, landscaping and seeding.
