2015-16 Testing DLM-AA (Dynamic Learning Maps-Alternate Assessment)

DLM-AA Assessment Correction DLM-AA score data for ELA, mathematics, and science are posted in SIS. Deadline for data corrections for School Report Card purposes is to be determined. For details about data cleanup, please refer to the August 19 assessment presentation, online at www.isbe.net/assessment under “Presentations and Webinars” or contact the SIS Helpdesk at 217-558-3600, option 3.

2015-16 Testing PARCC (Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers)

PARCC Score Data in SIS PARCC score data for ELA/L and mathematics are posted in SIS. Deadline for data corrections for School Report Card purposes is to be determined. Data in SIS as of Thursday, July 21 at 4:00 P.M. were sent to Pearson for hard copy score report production. For details about data cleanup, please refer to the August 19 assessment presentation, online at www.isbe.net/assessment under “Presentations and Webinars” or contact the SIS Helpdesk at 217-558-3600, option 3.

Preliminary State Data for PARCC At its August 25, 2016, Board Meeting, preliminary state data for PARCC were shared. Data are considered “preliminary” at this time due to the ongoing data clean-up process. See http://www.isbe.net/news/2016/aug25.htm Excerpt: “The award-winning Illinois Report Card, available at the end of October, will include finalized statewide, district-, and school-level data. Districts have been using individual student results for the past several weeks to help guide instructional decisions for students. ISBE does not yet have any individual school or district data to report as districts are still partaking in the data clean-up process.”

PARCC Data in PearsonAccessnext (PAN) and Individual Student Report (ISR) Delivery PDF versions of the reports listed below are posted in PAN. These reports are available under “Published Reports.”  School staff must have the “Published Reports Role” to access the reports. Individual Student Reports (ISRs) Student Roster Reports District Summary of Schools Report One copy of a student’s ISR for each content area was printed and began shipping (to districts and schools) from Pearson earlier than anticipated on August 17.

PARCC Data in PearsonAccessnext (PAN) Only PAN users with the “Published Reports” role may access the District Summary of Schools Report, Student Roster Report, Individual Student Report (ISR), and Summary files in PAN. Contact your District Superintendent to assign this role to you if needed. Contact Pearson Support at 1-888-493-9888 for assistance navigating PAN to access reports (if you have the “Published Reports” role). Contact the ISBE Assessment Division at 1-866-317-6034 if you have general questions about student testing.

PARCC, DLM-AA, and ACCESS for ELLs Test Windows for 2016-17

PARCC and DLM-AA Test Windows for 2016-17 PARCC will be administered in ELA/L and mathematics to students in grades 3-8. PARCC Test Window: March 6 - April 28, 2017 (Schools choose up to 30 consecutive school days-to be identified via SIS.) DLM-AA will be administered in ELA and mathematics to students in grades 3-8 and 11 and in science only to students in grades 5, 8, and 11. DLM-AA Test Window: March 6 - April 28, 2017 Data lockdown on February 6, 2017

ACCESS for ELLs Test Window for 2016-17 ACCESS for ELLs will be administered in speaking, listening reading, and writing to students in grades K-12.
