Account managers All Core Plan organizations require an account manager Can be more than 1 per organization Account manager form will be available electronically on cihi.ca Account managers Can no longer create accounts, register others, see enrolments/course completions Can authenticate users as part of Core Plan, remove Core Plan access as needed All sub-account managers will become account managers Email help@cihi.ca if you do not want to be an account manager Users can contact CIHI to identify an account manager for their organization CIHI is looking into online alternatives for providing this information to users
All users need a CIHI Client Services profile Users who currently do not have a CIHI profile Create a profile now to ensure no interruption in access Wait until new Learning Centre launches — CIHI will set up a partial profile for you that you can complete after launch Refer to the Learning Centre project page for more information Users who currently have a CIHI profile The Learning Centre will be added to your list of services Services available to all users with a CIHI profile Publicly available services: eQuery, eStore, Learning Centre Authorized users have access to restricted services such as eReports and eDSS
CIHI Client Services After setting up a CIHI profile and logging in, you’ll see a common set of terms and conditions After agreeing to the terms and conditions, you’ll see My Services page with a list of all of the services available Refer to screen shot on next slide Account managers will see a service called Education and Product Access Management This service allows account managers to manage Core Plan access for users within their organization

What we’re working on Usability testing with English and French users Gathering feedback on system terminology, navigation and flow Testing new features for users Gathering feedback on benefits of new features such as discussion forum, document sharing and bundling of enrolments Some new features will be available at launch; others will be available after users have time to get comfortable with new Learning Centre New evaluation form questions Feedback collected from pilot testing of new evaluation questions
Our goal Make the new Learning Centre as user-friendly and useful as possible Provide opportunities for users to give feedback after the new Learning Centre launches Some terminology and screens will change as we gather user feedback over time

Appendix: Text alternative for images Screenshot of My Services page Once you’ve set up a CIHI profile, you will log in and be brought to the common set of terms and conditions page; you have to agree to these daily. Once you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions, you’ll be directed to the My Services page, which lists all of the services that you have access to. All users will have access to the Learning Centre, eStore and eQuery. Other restricted services may also be listed if you’ve been authorized to access them. To access the Learning Centre, click the Learning Centre link on the My Services page. Account managers will have a separate link called Education and Product Access Management, where they can manage access for users within their organization.
Appendix: Text alternative for images When account managers click this link, they will be directed to the Manage Contacts screen. Screenshot of Education and Product Access Management page In Manage Contacts, account managers can manage Core Plan access for users within their organization. The Manage Contacts page will have limited functionalities. Account managers can no longer edit contact information, create accounts for others, register others to courses and see course enrolments or completions.
