The Widya Budaya Library is managed by librarian of the Kraton and two persons from The Library and regional Archives of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta/BPAD In addition to managing the archives, the library managers also do archival maintenance, in a simple way.

The catalog in the Widya Budaya Library is made as simple as possible using codes as a, b, c, d, so that the user can quickly locate the existing collection of manuscripts.

The activity of manuscript translation is done to facilitate the users’ understanding Based on the observation, the translation of the manuscripts in Kraton’s library was done by Romo Yanto.
