Technology Requirements and Additional Items of Importance In the next 10-15 minutes, I will show you several things we want you to be aware of, given the nature of the online applications and what’s required to not only access, but navigate through the forms, make your entries, and submit your final application. Given the breif time that I have, this is not a training on technology, but rather the intent is to help make you aware of the various requirements and point out areas you may want to become more familiar.

Point to More tools, and then click Clear browsing data. In the "Clear browsing data" box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything. Click Clear browsing data. Microsoft Internet Explorer To delete the files in the Temporary Internet Files folder yourself, follow the steps for your version of Windows. Click Start Click Control Panel Click Network and Internet Click Internet Options Click the General tab Click Delete under Browsing history Click Delete all Click Yes to confirm you want to delete this information Click OK
