Multi-disciplinary and individualised approach The study Divercities Rotterdam shows this promising way forward: Longterm support by government of local initiatives Many disciplines needed to make the most of all talents New enterprises provide for new local jobs and can do more with the help of some basic infrastructure (affordable language lessons, pathways to local markets)
