Year One Central Elementary Infrastructure & Site Safety Gut and replace toilet rooms Replace plumbing lines, plumbing fixtures, storm lines and sanitary lines Provide new driveways, parent drop off/pick and parking to improve safety for student arrival and dismissal Replace original electrical panels and service Add outlets to classrooms for expanded technology Improve instruction and indoor air quality by replacing chalk boards with white boards

Year Two High School Infrastructure Gut and replace toilet rooms and plumbing lines Replace aged heating lines Replace original electrical panels and service Add outlet to classrooms for expanded technology Replace Central Elementary gymnasium floor surface to improve student safety and accessibility for athletic practices Improve instruction and indoor air quality by replacing chalk boards with white boards

Proposed Scope Gut and replace center toilet rooms – finishes, plumbing fixtures, mechanical system, electrical fixtures and new ADA compliant layout Renovate toilet rooms at east end – finish and fixture replacement Abandon under slab domestic water supply lines – provide new runs above the ceiling Fund an allowance to repair sanitary waste and storm lines within the building footprint as failures occur.

Proposed Scope – continued Replace electrical panel and switches original to the circa 1950’s construction Recess the exposed panels in the student environment

Proposed Scope – continued Site Work – North side Provide asphalt paved bus loop for pick up and drop – with asphalt paved student walk Provide asphalt paved parent drop off lane Provide asphalt paved staff and parent parking – curbed along student pedestrian circulation Provide new dumpster enclosure at bus loop Create circulation security between bus and car traffic Provide concrete paved student walks from parent parking to school Remove paving along north wall of school and provide lawn area

Segregated vehicle circulation Student loading from curbed sidewalk New paved bus loading Student drop off lane Remove access drive and maintain loading dock Visitor parking Limited staff parking along street and infill with lawn

Mechanical Sketch Tie new lines to existing water heaters Abandon under slab domestic water lines and provide new lines located above the corridor ceiling
