Château Chambord  Lamar Edwards French II 4th

The start of the Chambord 1519 King Francois I Felt the need for a more elegant hunting lodge than the one that originally occupied the setting.

Three unique features of the château Chambord 1. It was constructed by King François I in part to be near to his mistress the Comtesse de Thoury 2. Chambord is the largest castle in the Loire Valley 3. One of the architectural highlights is the spectacular double-helix open staircase

Importance of the Château Chambord 1.It was built because he wanted to be next to his mistress. 2. As the castle had been constructed with the purpose of short stays 1. Chambord, Loir-et-Cher, France is one of the most recognizable châteaux in the world because of its very distinct French Renaissance architecture that blends traditional French medieval forms with classical Italian structures.[1]

My opinion of the château Chambord I like the château Chambord beacuse of its elegance an how big it is. I also like it because of what it means.
