Do you know what ingredients your consuming? Aspartame: Sugar Substitute; When methyl alcohol, a component of aspartame enters the body turns into formaldehyde (toxic and carcinogenic). Potassium Benzoate: Used as the whistle in fireworks! That cannot be good for you!

OUR NATION NEEDS TO BE MORE NUTRITIONALLY LITERATE! educated on how to read nutritional labels, recognize portion sizes, and the ingredients they are consuming..
