Child and Youth Behavioral Health Military and Family Life Counselor Program Military and Family Life Counselors are Masters or Doctorate – Level licensed counselors specializing in child and youth behavioral issues. Available at no cost to active military families to assist children and youth, parents, and family members. Our MFLC, Lisa Lee, is on staff full-time to provide short term, non-medical counseling support.
