Student Data Updates District Primary Accountability Coordinators are responsible for the data corrections process. Updates include: Student withdrawal information Student classification statuses Prior-year district/school information EOC course enrollment flags

Student Data Updates – Common Issues FSAA EOC Enrollment Flags If a student is enrolled in an EOC-associated Access course during either prior-year Survey 4, current-year Survey 1, 2, or 3, then the student will have an enrollment flag of: Access (A) – Access Course Required List of Access courses are provided in the SDU web application manual.

Student Data Updates – Common Issues If a student is enrolled in an Access course series and will not be ready to take the FSAA EOC during that school year, then the enrollment flag must be changed from Access (A) to No (N). If the enrollment flag remains Access (A), then the student will be included in the denominator of percent tested, regardless of whether or not they took the assessment.
