About Advatech Medical transport operator launched in India in 2010 with proven business model, leader in providing air and road ambulance services in North-East India Overall focus Advatech is a medical transport operator, providing services for government organisations, the corporate sector, individual clinics and private individuals. Address the gaps that exist in patient medical transport (medical taxis and ambulance services) and for out of hours / weekend pathology logistics services. UK focus Hippo Cabs – a non emergency ambulance service and transport to those in need of care, but not emergency assistance. Working through existing taxi and ambulance providers, providing an additional personal level of care and comfort for patients – for out-patient appointments, admissions or discharge to and from medical care facilities.

Serviceable Obtainable Market Size of market opportunity Huge market potential for provider of specialist, tech-led medical taxi service £4.9bn £2.8bn £1.9bn Total Available Market Serviceable Available Market Serviceable Obtainable Market A&E and private market UK market fragmented Over 250 private ambulance service providers and 30+ private medical transport providers Financial and resource strain on NHS increasing On average the NHS does 200,000 pathology tests; 8,564 calls per day to the NHS Per call cost £177 - £251 (NHS); £500 - £600 (private) Lot of stakeholders 211 Clinical Commissioning Groups; 9,804 UK GP Surgeries (England 8,002)

Where the UK private medical transport sector is Lack of efficient, cost-effective, round-the-clock medical transport services Ambulances overstretched for emergencies Ambulances are showing up late to more than 2,600 emergencies a day. Government figures show that being on time could save 3,000 lives a year Ambulances often unavailable for non-emergencies Out-of-hours and non-emergency service provision has poor response times – captive market Using ambulances for non-emergency travel is expensive and puts stress on resources needed to support genuine emergency cases Lack of suitable transportation creates blockages in the care chain preventing discharging patients or receiving care when they need it Conventional taxi services lack the training and standards required for transporting the sick or vulnerable Levels of service are inconsistent Need for a service based on enhanced training, center on privacy, safety, customer feedback and which is also cost efficient

The HIPPO CABS solution Complete specialist, non-emergency, tech-led medical transport solution that addresses the gaps that exist in patient medical transport and for out-of-hours More cost-effective than emergency ambulance service For patients who require more care than a normal taxi but do not require an ambulance service, residents of care homes who require assistance with travel and drivers who understand their needs. Commissioned by healthcare institutions such as GP groups, Hospitals or care homes or by individual patients with specialist needs or by carers. More healthcare knowledge and experience than taxi firms Our call centre is staffed by individuals with medical knowledge and healthcare training. Safe, secure and convenient delivery through robust technology platform Patients can be sure their needs will be met and they will arrive safely. Feedback mechanism built into app. Customers can manage their own profiles. Customers pay per trip either through individual patient transfer or insurance companies.

Significant budget savings Reduced non-emergency and out-of-hours journeys Extending the care pathway through technology More pleasant journey Pre-planned After-journey feedback mechanism No increase in price Additional revenue No cannibalisation of existing revenue Drivers better trained CAC low Better data capture Huge potential to more intelligently use data bank in future years
