Problem Solving Choose 1 The Crunchy Cereal Company would like to save money by reducing the amount of material it uses in its cereal boxes. The current boxes are 2in deep x 5in wide x 10 in tall. Although the company has decided that it will reduce one box dimension by 0.5in to save money , the design team can not agree on which dimension should be chosen. Which dimension should be reduced to use the least amount of material? Ms. Hillebrand is creating quilt with 410 leftover fabric pieces. Each piece is 4inx 3in and is a rectangle. She wants to combine these pieces to make a quilt 5 feet wide. How long a quilt can she make with the pieces she has? August 29- September 2
