An Action Reflection Methodology REVIEW OF LIFE SEE JUDGE ACT An Action Reflection Methodology

SEE Introspect the reality with one’s eyes and all other senses; Seeing, viewing, watching – Feeling the reality and its effects; Knowing the reality; Responding to the reality Answer the questions like - What, When, Where, Why, Who and How What happened – narration of the story When and where it happened - details Why it happened that way – immediate cause Who are the partners, who caused it, who are responsible for this to happen?

SEE How it affected – positively or negatively (nature, humans, flora & fauna) Understand the Causes and Consequences of the problem Who/what are the causes and what are the consequences – remote causes? Reflect yourself by going through these kind of incidents in your life Your life experience with regard to this reality – Simlilar stories – Share
