Morton Premier Soccer Club Sponsor Request Letter   Dear Business Owner, We know you are asked to make donations throughout the year to many worthwhile organizations, but we would like to introduce you to the BRAND NEW Morton Affiliate… Morton Premier Soccer Club (MPSC). As you may know, Morton has been without a formal travel heavy soccer club for the past few years and, as a result, our kids have been separated and playing at many different travel heavy clubs in the Peoria area. Our new club is started one year ago at the ground floor to not only bring back the training and competitive soccer to Morton, but to bring Morton girls and boys back to their home town where they can all play on the same teams and train together once again!!! We started slowly with two girls teams (a Jr High team and a High School team), and have expanded to now 6 teams. We believe the professional coaches and training this organization provides will develop young athletes into exceptional Morton High School soccer players. Our goal is not only to teach kids to play soccer, but to once again gel as a unit before they enter High School soccer. MPSC will continue to build self-esteem and self-confidence, character, and sportsmanship at the most basic levels yet providing the players an opportunity to compete at very competitive tournaments around the state. MPSC is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors and parent volunteers. We have governing bylaws and a club handbook to support our decisions. Our only sources of revenue are fees paid by parents, fundraising with local businesses where the players volunteer their time, and generous individuals and businesses who support the program. Our fees cover player jerseys, player carding, training and tournament fees, but additional funds are needed to cover ever increasing costs of insurance and equipment. We are doing everything we can to cover our expenses with fundraising, to keep player fees as low as possible; however as with any new organization we face the added challenges of start-up costs. In order to continue to grow our program, we are asking the businesses in our community for help if possible. We want Morton boys and girls playing together once again in their home town of Morton!! Any sponsorship level is greatly appreciated as we continue our journey as a new club!! Donations of $500.00 or greater will earn you a Proud Team Sponsor Plaque with a photo of the team to display on your office wall, as well as your name on the back of our warm up sweatshirt and on our mortonpremiersoccer.com website.
