Ireland Study Abroad Ireland – Global Behavioral Healthcare – Focus on Homelessness in the United States, Ireland and Europe/Canada (MHS 4931 & MHS 6900) The readings were chosen to give the students a framework for understanding the similarities and differences on how the U.S. and Ireland approach “ending or eliminating” homelessness. They include policy level principles, strategic plans, leading models, target populations and actions at the local level.
