GFG Nine Company Hiring Co-hort 1: Meet a goal of 190 people with disabilities employed at each of the 6 companies over the 3 years of the project for a total of 1,140 people hired. Co-hort 2: Meet a goal of 125 individuals and veterans with disabilities at each of the 3 companies over the 2 years of the project for a total of 375 people hired

Create & Manage Sourcing Pipelines The GFG team is assisting the companies to not just “push out” job descriptions but “pull in” sourcing organizations Formal Briefing Sessions College Campus Visits Mentoring Opportunities End result is to establish a sustainable pipeline of candidates with disabilities for internships, co-ops and employment through the building of relationships with sourcing partners
