Expansion Plans ALPFA Solutions will offer two new ways to deliver programs in 2017: Direct-to-membership distribution channel in 6 locations Partner with up to 5 chapters to offer programs locally Empowering Latino Leaders ATTORNEY WORK PRODUCT / PRIVILEGED AND CONFIDENTIAL

2017 Programs: Selling 6 leadership program sessions directly to members Will offer three (3) different programs, twice each, in six different locations Priced on an individual basis, from $600 to $1900 per person Locations are to be determined Partnering with up to 5 chapters to deliver leadership development programs Chapter chooses which programs to offer to their membership Chapter secures corporate sponsor and site location Will do a revenue sharing split Programs cost $8K to $11K Empowering Latino Leaders
