Online vs. Adult Education Online and Adult Education are not the same. Why we reference both? While greater numbers of traditional students are taking online courses, many use them to supplement their campus based F2F programs. The higher concentration of adults in fully online programs reflects more than just preference or convenience, it’s the only way they can access higher education. Adult Students comprise 77% of enrollments at online only institutions.
