Process Team members submit their applications by email to Learning Forward by Friday, June 10, 8:00 p.m. EDT Learning Forward will remove names, locations, and organization affiliations from applications Learning Forward will send applications to a team of three people Raters will use the rubric to rate the applications. Calibration Meeting A face to face meeting for one representative from each sponsoring organization will be held on Thursday, June 16 at 2:00 p.m. in NCTAF’s offices at 1525 Wilson Boulevard, Ste 705 Arlington, VA 22209. Deadline for Hotel Room Block The deadline for reserving a hotel room using Learning Forward’s room block is Friday, June 24 When we notify the finalists of their selection, we will also provide details on how to schedule travel and reserve rooms. Melinda www.learningforward.org 7
Scoring Each team can earn up to 100 points. There are two questions that must be answered. The team has a choice of 3 of the 5 remaining questions. The questions are divided into subcomponents and criteria are written for each subcomponent. Score each subcomponent and enter the scores in GoogleDoc. Melinda www.learningforward.org 8
Rubric for Scoring Now available: Rubric for rating applications Teams interested in participating in the Agents for Learning competition can now download a full set of criteria that raters will use to score applications to determine finalists.
