Brief Scenario Registration of a Private Company (PC) in Greece Service URL: http://esensstartup.businessportal.gr:8080/esens/ Basic preconditions: Founders: Greek or Foreign Legal Persons If a founder is a Natural Person, then he/she has to possess a GR fiscal number The user (who does the registration) possesses: National eID Mandate by the partners The name of the company and each founder’s contributions (capital, non-capital, guarantee) have been decided

Step 1 - Login with national eID 1. User choses country of origin and logs in

Step 2 - Fill in representative’s information (solemn decl.) “Stork” Data – read only No “Stork” Data – fill in New Company’s name and title Next Step to Continue e-SENS WP6 Planning Year 2

Step 3 – Fill in Information about the New Company Press all tabs to fill in all required data Save and continue with Step 3 (now or at a later stage) Save and continue to Step 4 (now or at a later stage) e-SENS WP6 Planning Year 2

Step 3 – Fill in Information about the Founders Press to add Founder Choose type of Founder Upload required files signed by each founder e-SENS WP6 Planning Year 2
