National flag The flag is made up of three equivalent rectangles, from left to right are green, white, and red. In the middle of the white is Mexico’s national emblem. The green means independence and hope, the white means peace and religious beliefs, the red means the reunification of the country.

National emblem There is an eagle dangling a snake, standing on the cactus which is growing out from the rocks on the lake. It describes the history of the Mexican’s nation-building. So the eagle is Mexico’s national bird, and the national flower is the cactus. The cactus means their ethnic and the spirit.

Culture Mexico is one of the Indian ancient centers of civilization of the American continent. The Mayan culture, Toltec culture and the Aztec culture are created by the Mexico’s ancient Indians. The Pyramid of the sun and Moon pyramids are the representatives of these cultures.

Food Mexico’s specialty is tequila. Also the tortillas are famous. Besides, Mexico is the Insectivorous country. The most famous insects is “Chaplin” locusts.
