The all welded, hermetic design protects sensors and electronics from damaging moisture and field contaminants, improving reliability and long-term stability. The 316L stainless steel housing will withstand the harshest filed environments, that will in turn increase reliability. The Saturn sensing technology is the best sensor technology for differential pressure. It also incorporates secondary sensor to enhance performance and expand diagnostics capabilities. The outer ring of the sensor compensates for any deformation of the center capacitance plate due to overpressure thus vastly improving the total performance of the sensor The coplanar process isolators will increase reliability by preventing “tide line” corrosion, while integrating flanges, manifolds, diaphragm seals and flow elements into a single installation-ready measurement solution.
