Project Overview Modelling Stages Rig must be realistic and practical Finding out exactly what the client wants Concept art Fine tuning to the point where both the client and the target audience is happy Begin 3D Modelling Setup blueprints to work from Model from blueprints Deliver to client Change accordingly (rarely is client happy with the first 3D model) Once client is happy with the model – begin rigging Rig must be realistic and practical Once rig is complete, apply textures Fine tune once again until client and target audience are happy Working very closely with the client, begin keyframe animation (end of year project)
