Ryan White Mandates & Requirements The Ryan White legislation mandates: Needs Assessment: conduct a needs assessment to find out what services are needed, what populations need care, and what are the gaps in the current system of care Priority Setting & Resource Allocation: planning councils are to establish priorities for the allocation of funds within the area, including how best to meet each such priority and additional factors that a grantee should consider in allocating funds Required Funding for Core Medical Services: requires that at least 75 percent of funds be spent on "core medical services" Comprehensive Plan: requires the planning council to develop a comprehensive plan for the organization and delivery of health and support services

Committee requests data on service utilization. Full body presentation on the service categories and Conflict of Interest We will be providing additional information on the PSRA process to start the process of engaging the full body in looking for volunteers.
