Color Theories After Images

After image experiment After image experiment. Focus on the center of the circle without moving your eyes for 30 seconds. Then look at the surrounding area. You will see an after image. Opponent colors: the longer you stare at one dot determines how strong the after image is. Almost like a tv that’s left on pause too long, your eyes can have an image “burned” into them. When you look away, the opposite color cones will fill in the image and you’re left with a new “burned” on image. It only lasts a little while, during which time the initial cones recover.

Opponent Colors Gaze at the dot in middle of the flag for about 30 Opponent process theory (red-green, blue-yellow, black-white) Gaze at the dot in middle of the flag for about 30 seconds. When it disappears, close your eyes and report whether or not you see Britain's flag.
